| 摘 要： | 高等学校是发展先进文化和道德建设的重要阵地 ,是大学生成才的摇篮 ,《公民道德建设实施纲要》为大学生成才提供了良好的社会道德环境 ,大学生应在加强自身的公民道德建设中发挥带头作用 ,加强思想道德修养 ,努力学习科学文化知识 ,担当起中华民族复兴的历史重任 ,把自己培养成为“四有”新人。

| Abstract: | Colleges and universities are the important positions for the construction of advanced culture and morality, and they are the cradles for undergraduates to become useful people. The program to put in practice for people's morallity provides great circumstance of social morality for undergraduates. The students should play a leading role in strengthening themselves ideologically and try hard to learn scientific knowledge and bear history tasks in order to train themselves for "four-have"talents. |
