| 摘 要： | 2004年宪法修正案中关于保护公民合法财产权的内容,确认了改革开放以来经济领域中的成果。2007年物权法确立了私有财产权的物权地位,丰富和完善了与私人财产有关的所有权、用益物权和担保物权制度,做出了对私有财产权的限制及救济制度。

| Abstract: | The contents in the 2004 constitutional amendment about protecting citizens' legitimate property rights have confirmed the economic achievements.The Real Right Law in 2007 confirms the position of the private property rights,enriches and perfects the ownership right,the usufructuary right,and the security right of the private property,and in addition,restricts the private property right and sets up the remedy system. |
