| Abstract: | Shortly after World War II, the management of the nationalized industries by the Attlee Government of the Labor Party still had many disadvantages for a few reasons. Wit the lack of previously - drawn detailed plans, the Government had not laid down a set of effective operation rules in some specific aspects of the management, and the workers＇ participation in the management was not yet implemented either. |
