农村劳动力转移与收入差距关系的实证研究

农村劳动力转移是缩小城乡收入差距和实现农业现代化的重要途径。目前，我国农村劳动力转移与收入差距存在双向的因果关系。具体而言，农村劳动力转移短期内能抑制收入差距的扩大，但从长期来看，却是导致收入差距扩大的原因。因此，通过强化就业培训、消除就业歧视、完善社会保障体系，从而建立长效的农村劳动力转移的保障机制，才是缩小收入差距的有效途径。
