谈地方高校工科大学生素质教育与创新能力的培养

21世纪是科技、知识竞争的时代 ,更是人才竞争的时代。如何向社会输送高素质合格人才是国家、社会和地方经济发展的主要前提保证。更为重要的是应正确认识教育的本质 ,并在此基础上明确当代大学生的素质和能力的要求与培养。本文指出教育即为对人性的完美 ,据此探讨提出了高校工科大学生素质和创新能力培养的基本模式 ,同时指出培养过程的四个主要环节和应注意的问题。

Quality Educationand the Cultivation of Innovation Ability for Engineering Students in Local Universities

The 21st century is the era of science and technology , and knowledge competition , even is the one of the talented personnel competition . Rolling out the qualified persons with high quality is the main preliminary promise guarantee of the development of the local economy ,the society and the country . But first of all and even more important is the perspective of the nature of education , and based on this , the clear appreciation of the requirement and training of contemporary university students quality and ability . In this paper the author points out that the instinct of education is the completeness beautification of the humanity , and the basic modeling of the students quality and ability cultivation is also discussed and put forward with the four key links and considerations in the talented person training process .
