| 摘 要： | 农村剩余劳动力转移就业是农民增收、消除我国二元结构、建设和谐社会的重要途径。虽然我国农村劳动力转移已取得很大的成绩,但农村剩余劳动力转移就业的任务还很艰巨,要完成这一任务,要抓住主要矛盾,统筹城乡就业,改善农村剩余劳动力转移就业环境,加大对农村的人力资源开发投入,加快现代高效农业和二、三产业的发展,拓宽农村剩余劳动力的就业渠道。

| Abstract: | Rural surplus labor transfer is an important way to smooth away dual construction of our country and to build harmonious society.Although great achievements of transferring rural surplus labor have been obtained,the task is very harsh nowadays.To finish the task,the followings must be done :to grasp principal contradiction,to unify employment of urban and rural,to ameliorate environment of rural surplus labor transfer,to increase exploiting investment into rural human resources,to accelerate the development of modern highly efficient agriculture,secondary and tertiary industry,to widen employment channel of rural surplus labor force. |
