| 摘 要： | 持续增长的高校毕业生人数和受到金融危机影响的劳动市场的需求萎缩,使得短期内大学生就业供过于求的矛盾更加突出。借助劳动经济学相关理论对供求关系进行分析,有助于进一步认清导致高校毕业生陷入就业困境的主要原因。
