| Abstract: | Zhang Yue of the Tang Dynasty (618-907) adopted new forms, styles and techniques in his prose, linking prose writing of the Han Dynasty (206BC-220AD) with that of the two master writers Han Yu (768-824) and Liu Zongyuan (773-819), and contributing a lot to the development of prose writing. |
