The Deepening and Expansion of the Socialist Law Concept in the Procurators’ Work——From the perspective of building procurators’ culture

Socialist law concept is the fundamental principle of the building procurators’ culture,which is the effective carrier of socialist law concept.Both of them depend on each other and promote mutually.The final destination of deepening and expanding the socialist law concept in the procurators’ work is that it should be consistent with the formation of procurators’ culture,a core requirement of the socialist law concept.The basic way of deepening and expanding the socialist law concept in the procurators’ work lies in that socialist law concept should be transformed from macro level to micro level,namely,the unity of striking crime and protecting human rights,the unity of procedural justice and substantive justice,the unity of cooperation and supervision,the unity of legal effect and social effect,and the unity of the total number of cases and case quality.
