我国职业教育校企合作立法保障研究

随着中国职业教育的快速发展,校企合作已经成为中国职业教育的主要办学模式,如何从法律层面加强对该办学模式的保护,已经成为当代中国职业教育立法保护研究的重点。对校企合作的立法保护,不仅关系到中国未来职业教育的改革与发展,更关系到我国国民经济的顺利转型与发展。运用文献资料、对比分析等研究方法,对美、日、德三国职业教育校企合作的立法实践,中国职业教育校企合作的发展现状、存在的突出问题,以及对校企合作办学模式立法保障的必要性进行了分析,提出了当前中国职业教育校企合作立法保障构想。

The Legislative Safeguard to College and Enterprise Cooperation in China’s Vocational Education

Cooperation between college and enterprise has become a common pattern in today’s vocational education in China as a result from its rapid development.Therefore,the issue of how to protect the educational pattern on the legislative aspect becomes a major subject in the legislative research of present vocational education,for it not only influences the reform and progress of the country’s vocational education,but also plays an important role in the transition and development of national economy.The article employs the method of documentary and comparative analysis in studying and stating the development of college and enterprise cooperation in the country’s vocational education.It points out the prominent problems in the cooperation,states the necessity of legislative safeguard,and puts forward a composition.
