高校外语专业教育的困境与突破

摘    要:培养高素质外语人才是外语教育工作者的中心工作。我国高校的外语专业教育在办学层面、学生培养等方面都还存在着一些问题,影响了高素质人才的培养,不能很好地适应社会发展的需求。对教师素质的提升,则可以部分解决高校外语专业教育目前所面临的困境。通过分析办学层面的"三大障碍"和学生角度的"三大矛盾",指明必须要实现教师角度在教育观念、育人意识和知识结构方面的"三大转变"。这既是提高我国外语教育质量和效率的有效途径,也是培养高素质外语人才的有效途径。

Abstract:How to foster foreign languages talents with high quality is the core to the teachers of foreign languages.There are some problems on schooling,students’ training,etc.This has a negative influence on the cultivation of students and the development of society.Improving the teachers’ quality may solve the plight partly.The article analyzes "the three hinders of schooling" and "the three contradictions of students",and then points out that "the three changes of teachers" on education concept,educational consciousness and knowledge structure must be turned into reality,which is the effective way both of improving educational quality and efficiency and fostering foreign languages talents with high quality.
