| 摘 要： | 档案管理是高校的重要基础工作。新时期高校档案工作具有数字化、信息化的特点。电子档案的应用,纸质档案与电子档案同步归档,最大限度实现资源共享等问题,提高了对高校档案管理和开发利用的要求。提高档案管理工作人员素质,适应新时期档案管理工作的发展,开发利用好档案资料,是亟待解决的重要问题。

| Abstract: | Archives management is an important basic job in university.Starting from the analysis of the new features of the archives management in university,the article discusses the application of archives informatization and electronic record.It puts forward that the electronic records and traditional papery archives are compatible.The new demands for the archives management in university are studied.The utilization rate of archives in university is a critical issue. |
