隐喻机制与词汇教学的结合

摘    要:从隐喻、扩充隐喻以及教师自己构建的创造相似性的隐喻这三个方面提出了利用隐喻解析教授英语词汇的一般模式,并分别从解释名词动词化过程,习语解码以及区分某些相似词汇三个方面对隐喻机制分析的应用作了详细阐述,旨在展示隐喻分析在英语词汇教学中的重大意义.

Abstract:This paper seeks for demonstrating the significance of metaphor analysis in English vocabulary teaching.It presents the general model of how to teach vocabulary by means of metaphoric interpretation in terms of preexisting,extended metaphor as well as similarity-creating metaphor generated by teachers themselves followed by the elaboration of the application of analysis of meta-phoric mechanism in interpreting the verbalization process of nouns and decoding idioms as well as distinction of some similar words.
