河南省农村消费需求的制约因素分析

农村居民消费所占比重持续走低、消费结构不合理以及消费升级相对缓慢,是河南省农村消费需求的主要问题。其制约因素主要是城镇化水平较低、第三产业发展滞后、农村居民增收难度大、消费观念陈旧以及居民对未来收入支出预期的不确定因素增加等。应加快小城镇的建设和发展,创造条件促进农村居民的消费结构优化和消费水平提升,加快服务业发展以及建立城乡一体的社会保障体系,以扩大农村居民的消费需求。

Constraints on Consumption Cemand of Rural Residents in Henan Province

The main problems of consumption demand of rural residents in Henan Province are as follows consumption proportion of rural residents continue to bring down,pattern of consumption is unreasonable,the upgrade is slow relatively,etc. The main restraining factors are levels of urbanization is lower,tertiary-industry growth is lag,incomes have increased more difficultly,consumption notions fall behind,expects of receipts and disbursements is uncertain and so on. In order to expand the consumer demand,countermeasures should be took to accelerate the construction of small towns,to create conditions to optimum structure and promote level of consumption,to speed up service trade,to set up and perfect urban-rural integration social security system,etc.
