| 摘 要： | 发展理论经历了从传统经济发展观到生态伦理发展观再到当代科学发展观依次递进的三个发展阶段, 相应地,遵循的是“人”-“非人”-“人”的人学演变逻辑。科学发展观既克服了传统经济发展观对人的片面理解,又克服了生态伦理发展观对人的“非人”理解,是真正的人学发展观——以人为本的发展观。

| Abstract: | Development theory undergoes three stages of development from traditional economic development concept to ecological ethic development concept to modern scientific development concept. Accordingly it sticks to the human evolution logic of ' human - inhuman - human'. The modem scientific development concept overcomes the 'human' one- sided idea of the traditional economic development concept and the inhuman' idea of the ecological ethic development concept. It is the real human study development concept centered around human beings. |
