| 摘 要： | 开展大学生职业生涯规划教育并不是短期性行为,而是长远和全面发展的一项系统工程.在当前严峻的就业形势下,大学生职业生涯规划教育是提升大学生就业竞争力、解决大学生就业难的一个重要举措.文章从大学生职业生涯规划的含义及重要性入手,对当前我国大学生职业生涯教育开展作了研究.

| Abstract: | To develop career planning education for college students is not a short-term conduct,but a long-term,comprehensive and systematic project.Currently the employment situation is severe,and career planning education for college students can enhance the competitiveness of their employment so as to help them obtain employment.This thesis introduces the meaning and importance of college students' career planning,and then researches into the current career planning education of China. |
