| 摘 要： | 该文首先从立法者、司法者、学者、群众四个角度对死刑的态度进行分析,然后从经济学的层面对死刑存在的价值进行研究,在此基础上,认为对死刑需要一种渐进的态度,而不能不顾我国国情,全面废除死刑或者永远保留死刑。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the attitude of the legislators,judicial administrators,the scholars and the ordinary people toward capital punishment,and then makes a profound study on the value of capital punishment from the level of economics.On this base the paper holds we should maintain a gradual attitude and should not totally abolish capital punishment or perpetually retain it without considering China's own reality. |
