以人为本是新时期高校师德建设的指导思想和基本要求。以人为本的高校师德建设就是要发挥学生的主体性作用，以实现其真正全面自由的发展。教师要不断提高自身的品德修养．在教学活动中要不断探索新的教学模式，更新教学理念，努力建立和谐民主的新型师生关系，突出学生的主体性地位，树立严谨的学风和治学态度。

Humanism and the Construction of Teachers' Morality

Humanism is the guideline and the basic requirement to build up teachers＇ professional ethics in the new era. The construction of person-oriented teachers＇ professional ethics in colleges and universities must emphasize the student-oriented viewpoint so as to let students develop fully and freely. Teachers should pursue new teaching models consistently, renew teaching ideas continuously, try to establish newly democratic relationship with students, put students in the first place and set up conscientious learning style and academic study attitude.
