适应市场经济图书馆应强化的几个新观念

社会主义市场经济新体制的建立，使我国图书馆事业赖以依存的传统经济体制发生了巨大的变革，必然要求图书馆事业随着市场经济体系的确立而进行改革。本文试图综合论述图书馆改革应以观念的变革为先导，扬弃不适应市场经济体制的陈腐观念，树立并强化适应市场经济体制和图书馆发展规律的整体战略观念、效益观念、竟争观念、信息开发观念、人才观念及依法治馆观念。

New Concepts for China's Library Undertaking in the Face of Market Economy

Ever since the establishment of China's market economy, the traditional econmic system upon which to base China'S library undertaking has experienced great changes.Under much circumstances, a reform in China'S library undertaking is imperative. This paperpoints out that reform in libraries should be guided by reform in concepts, with outworn concepts unsuited for the new system of market economy discarded. Furthermore, concepts suchas overall strategic concept, effectiveness concept, competition concept, information development concept, talent concept, and the concept of running libraries in conformity with legalprovisions, etc, are to be established and strenghtened which suit both the system of marketeconomy and the rules of library development.
