| Abstract: | An inverstigation has been made on the structure, quality and function of the staff in colleges and universities.The results show that the faculty's propotion in professional titles and ages is basicly reasonable but their education and degrees received are not reasonably constructed.On the whole,they are highly qualified and have great potentials.It is suggested that potentials of the faculty need to be further exploited. |
