| 摘 要： | 社会主义市场经济并不排斥大学生思想政治工作 ,恰恰相反 ,思想政治工作内在于社会主义市场经济。根据经济社会转型的特点 ,可以从五个方面入手做好大学生思想政治工作 :在内容上应具有生动性、感染性和说服性 ;在手段上要具有开放性 ;在形式上要具有隐蔽性 ;在方式方法上要有针对性和预见性 ;在目标上应追求多样性 ,在思想塑造上要争取“他为”变“自为”,“他律”变“自律”
