| 摘 要： | 大精设备是高校从事教学、科研及产品开发的重要条件，是学校综合实力的体现。管理和使用好大精设备，充分发挥大精设备的效益，是校领导、职能部门和使用单位及管理人员的神圣责任。本文对大精设备的现状及管理进行了分析．并针对存在的问题提出了改进措施。
