| 摘 要： | 诚实信用原则作为民法基本原则的重要组成部分，在调节民事法律关系中发挥了重要的作用。在市场经济条件下，诚实信用原则作为维护市场的安全性、有序性及高效性同样发挥着不可替代的作用。可以说没有民事法律体系中的诚实信用原则，就没有真正意义上的市场经济。
