| 摘 要： | 目前,我国的对外贸易和自主技术创新存在长期均衡关系和短期动态关系。在长期内,每增加1%的研发经费投入,会拉动贸易竞争优势上升0.01%;而短期内,研发人员数目和国内专利授予量抑制了我国现阶段的贸易竞争优势。 |

| Abstract: | At present,China's foreign trade and the independent technical innovation is in long-term equilibrium relationship and short-term dynamics.In the long run,every 1% increase would boost trade in R & D expenditure increased by 0.01% competitive advantage.Is the short term,the R & D personnel and the amount of domestic patents granted to restrain the trade of China's current competitive advantage. |
