| 摘 要： | 我国中小企业由于自身信用度低、整体素质不高,再加上不利于发展的融资环境,因而无论是通过直接融资、间接融资还是从其他融资渠道都难以获取资金。本文从中国实际出发,针对中小企业融资难的问题提出了相关的对策,并认为提高中小企业自身的素质是解决这一问题之根本所在。

| Abstract: | Due to low credibility and poor quality in medium and small enterprises, as well as the unfavorable financing developing environment for them, it is hard for medium and small enterprises to obtain capital through financing channel whether it is direct or indirect financing. This paper offers the solutions to the practical difficult financing in China. It also proposes that the improvement of quality in medium and small enterprises is the crux of the matter. |
