Discussion on Management Innovation Mode of Manufacturing Enterprises Based on Lean Production

Based on defining the connotation and concept of enterprise management innovation , this research analyzed the successful case that FAW Car and Group Z achieved management innovation by introducing lean production , combined with years of lean production management practice , and then led to a conclusion that manufacturing enterprises could enhance the capacity for management innovation by implementing lean production .At the same time , this research scanned the processes of enhancing the capacity for management innovation by introducing lean production throughout the whole manu -facturing enterprises , as well as constructed management innovation mode of manufacturing enterprises based on lean pro -duction.The mode is constructed in order to provide an effective way to promote core-competitiveness and great vitality of the enterprises in today ’ s technology convergence society .
