对城市发展问题的后现代思考

迄今为止在城市问题上仍存在着不少理论混乱，一个重要原因是不少人依然囿于现代性的立场看待城市问题，现代主义喜欢把城市看作一个物质性的存在。而建设性后现代主义则把城市看作一个活生生的有机体，现代主义更多关注的是城市带来的GDP，从而忘记了城市为市民服务这一根本宗旨；而建设性后现代主义则主张以人为本，用一种饱含人性的目光看待城市及其发展。应从建设性后现代的视角看待生产性城市的概念、对城市的传统、城市的税收政策、城市的人口、城乡价值观以及城市腐败等现代城市发展进程中所遭遇到的重大问题，并用创新的办法解决这些问题。
