| 摘 要： | 科学发展观的提出,是马克思主义发展理论在当代中国的生动运用和体现,是对我国改革开放和现代化建设实践经验的总结和升华。只有正确认识科学发展观的基本内涵,深刻领会科学发展观的精神实质,牢固树立和落实科学发展观,坚定不移地以科学的发展观统领经济社会发展全局,才能顺利推进我国的社会主义现代化建设。
