产权制度改革是银监会面临的最大挑战

银监会目前面临着两大机遇和四大挑战,面临的挑战远远多于机遇。目前,与其说其对中国银行业履行着监管的职能,还不如说它肩负着推进中国银行业体制改革的重任。对于国有独资商业银行和农村信用社,现阶段通过内部的产权制度改革来促进它们的发展,比从外部对它们严格监管将更富有成效。国有独资商业银行和农村信用社产权制度改革是十分棘手的难题,这也就意味着产权制度改革将是银监会面临的最大挑战。

Property right system reform is the most challenge to be confronted by supervising committee of banking in China

Two opportunities and four challenges to be confronted by the supervising committee of Bank of China presently,and thought that the challenges are far more than the opportunities.At present ,it is better to say that the supervising committee of Bank of China is undertaking the important task of system reform of banking in China,rather to say that it is performing the function of supervising of banking in China.As State-Owned commercial Banks and Rural credit cooperation are concerned,it is more efficiently to boost them by interior property right system reform than to exterior strict supervision.The property right system reform of the State-Owned and that of the Rural Credit Cooperation are intractable problems .Therefore,it means that the property right reform will be the most challenges.
