| 摘 要： | 基于国际竞争的关键是科技实力的竞争,科技成果转化是实现科技是第一生产力的具体体现。世界先进国家的现代化发展历程,在很大程度上科技成果不断地、大规模地转化为现实生产力的过程进行研究。如何有针对性地研究、探索辽宁省科技成果转化的途径和方式,加速科技成果的转化,尽快实施加强技术创新,实现产业战略,促进经济增长列为应当重视的课题。

| Abstract: | The key to international competition is the competition of technological potential.Scientific and technological achievement transformation is the material embodiment of science and technology as first productive force. To a great degree,the development process of advanced countries in the modern world was a process of constandy transforming scientific and technological achievements into practical productive forces on a large scale.Therefore, it is important to research and explore ways and means to transform and accelerate scientific and technological achievements,to enhance technology innovation,to realize industry strategies and to promote economic growth. |
