| 摘 要： | 针对煤炭行业高校大学生就业困难、专业就业不协调的实际情况,从理论和实证两方面进行分析,通过确立以市场需求为导向的教育理念,优化高校专业设置,实施全程化和个性化相结合的就业指导等构建了煤炭行业大学生就业能力培养模式。研究结果对提高大学生的就业能力、破解就业难具有指导意义。

| Abstract: | In view of employment difficulties among college students of coal industry and the imbalance between majors and jobs,a study was made theoretically and empirically.By establishing market-oriented education concept,optimizing major design in colleges and adopting individualized employment guide during the whole process,the cultivation mode of college students＇ employability of coal industry was constructed.The result works well to promote students＇ employability and solve difficulties in students＇ employment. |
