| Abstract: | Over one hundred years from Emperor Taizong and Emperor Xuanzong, all regulations stipulated by the Central Government were carried out to varying degrees in the Western Region. The enforcement of the tax-labor-substitution system was one of them, which is proved by the unearthed documents in Turpan. |
