把握独立学院学生特点,构建和谐校园

独立学院作为新形式下中国高等教育大众化改革的产物,对我国高等教育作了有力的补充,缓解了国家高校教育资源的不足,而独立学院的大学生是一群特殊的群体,有着自己相对特殊的家庭背景、经济状况、思想水平、心理发展水平以及相对偏低的入学分数,家长对其关注程度也有别于普通高校学生,分析了这些特点,并以此为出发点对构建独立学院和谐校园提出了一些建议和措施。

How to Build a Harmonious Campus with the Students''own Characteristics of Independent Colleges

Being a outcome of the innovation in the higher education in China,the independent college has supplemented the resourcese of the higher education.And the independent college's undergraduates are special communities with special family background,economical condition,ideological level,psychology level of development as well as relatively lower matriculation score.Their parent pay more attention to them than the ordinary univeristy students'parents do.This article has studied these characteristics and proposed some solutions to made the campus more harmoniously.
