| 摘 要： | 毛泽东对外开放思想，是毛泽东思想的重要组成部分，是毛泽东在长期的中国革命和建设的实践中，运用马克思主义立场、观点和方法逐步总结和概括出来的，有中国特色和自己的独特内容。论文论述了战争年代毛泽东对外开放思想的基本构想以及建国以后毛泽东对外开放思想的主要内容及其未能付诸实施的主客观原因。毛泽东对外开放思想中的许多闪光点，对于今天我国制定和执行对外开放的基本国策和推进对外开放的实践都具有重大的现实指导意义。

| Abstract: | Mao Zedong thought on opening to the outside world is an important part with Chinese characteris-tics and its own unique content. It was concluded generally by Mao Zedong based on Marxist stand, viewpoint and method in the long-term practice of Chinese revolution and construction. The present paper discusses on the basic concept of Mao Zedong thought on opening in the war period and the main elements and the objective andsubjective reasons of its failure to implement Mao Zedong thought in this aspect after the founding of New China.There are many flash points in Mao Zedong thought on this issue that has great practical significance for the de-velopment and implementation of China＇s basic national policy of opening up and promote the practice of openingup. |
