江苏省教师教育经费投入的策略思考

近年来江苏省教师教育经费投入虽有增加，但是在整个教育经费投入中所占比例甚小，特别是用于职后教育的经费更少。其主要原因是全省的教育经费总量短缺，以及教师教育长期不受重视。江苏省实施“科教强省”战略，必须大力发展教师教育，提升师资水平，以优质的师资推动教育事业全面发展。江苏省应大幅增加教师教育的经费投入，逐步实行免费师范教育制度，进一步加大在职教师培训力度，完善经费投入法规体系。

Reflections on Teachers' Educational Investment in Jiangsu Province

While teachers' educational investment has been increased during recent years in Jiangsu Province,the proportion it takes in the overall educational investment is still low,especially in in-service teachers' education.One of the main reasons is the shortage of total amount of educational expenditure,and the other is the long-term lack of importance attached to teachers' education.Since Jiangsu is implementing the strategy of "Invigorating Province Through Science and Education",it should enhance the quality of teachers so as to promote the full-scale development of education.There should be a substantial increase in the funding of free normal education system,thus further intensify in-service teachers' training,and perfect the system of education investment.
