| 摘 要： | 日本是亚洲最早开展私募股权投资的国家,在政府和民间的共同推动下,日本的私募股权投资得到了快速发展,同时也出现了一些问题。本文从日本私募股权投资的法律依据、监管制度和运作模式三个方面着手,全面研究和分析了日本私募股权投资的特点,并试图通过日本的经验借鉴,对中国私募股权投资的发展提出建议。

| Abstract: | Japan is the first country in Asia to start the private equity investment, which has been growing rapidly by the drive of the government and the whole society along with some problems. This article gives a complete analysis and studies the features of PE investment in Japan by discussing the legal basis, supervision system and operation mode of Japanese PE, with the intention to learn from Japan＇s experience and to recommend ways for the development of PE investment in China. |
