| 摘 要： | 突发公共卫生事件对人类生命安全和社会经济发展构成了极大威胁,是公共安全管理的一项重要研究内容。随着全球一体化和信息多元化的发展,日益突出的突发公共卫生事件已经成为任何国家或政府都必须认真对待的重大问题。本文在阐述突发公共卫生事件概念及特点的基础上,对美国等西方国家突发公共卫生危机管理体系进行了介绍与分析,为完善我国突发公共卫生事件的应急管理提供了借鉴。

| Abstract: | Sudden public health emergency,dreadfully threatening human life and socio-economic development,is a major research subject of public safety management,and becomes an important problem that any nation or goverment has to pay much attention to.Based on the concept and characteristics of public health emergency,the management systems of public health emergency in the Western were introduced,and some enlightenments were addressed to improve the management system of public health emergency in China. |
