| Abstract: | The product flaw and recognized standard are the important question in the product responsibility law.Its different explanations and the limits relate directly whether consumer's right is realized or not.Simultaneously it is also the safety brake,that is,realizing the responsibility control,preventing turn over to the responsibility excessively. |
