| 摘 要： | 以马克思主义为指导，分析了家族、企业和家族企业的性质及其历史演变。通过分析认为，家族企业是在社会分工条件下，家族成员间生产与生活、经济与社会双重职能的复合。从性质上看，家族企业是不断演变的，并反映特定家族经济利益和家族伦理的社会分工组织。

| Abstract: | Under the guidance of Marxism , the paper analyze the nature and the historical evolution of the family, business and family business. The paper thinks that family business is the compound of double function between production and life, economy and society among the members of family under the specific condition of social division of labor. In nature, family business, while evolving, is the organization of social division of labor which accordingly reflects the economic interests and ethics of the family. |
