论网络社会时代的新媒介技术观

人类社会已经迈入一个以新媒介技术为标志的网络社会时代。在此之前，工业社会时代存在着3种重要技术观，即人本主义技术观、实用主义技术观和泛媒介技术观。3种技术观从不同层面体现和诠释了人与技术、技术与社会的关系。通过对海德格尔、杜威和麦克卢汉的代表性技术传播思想进行回顾和反思，可比较发现，正确认识新媒介技术，首先要融合3种技术视域；其次要对新媒介的技术特征和深层逻辑进行全面考察，最终形成技术、时空、价值和文化多维的新媒介技术观。只有不断地进行新媒介技术观的革新，才能引领网络社会时代的思维革命。

On the View of New Medium Technology in the Era of Network Society

Human society has begun to enter the era of the network society which is marked with the new medium. Prior to this, there are three important views of technology in industrial society, which is humanism, pragmatism, and pan-medium technology. These three views of technology reflect and explain the relationship between human and technology, technology and society from different levels. Through the review and reflection on Heidegger, Dewey and Mcluhan''s representative technology communication thoughts, it can be found that the correct understanding of the new medium technology, is to integrate the three kinds of technology views first. Second, there should be a comprehensive study on the new medium''s technical characteristics and its deep logic. Ultimately, we should form a view of new medium technology which contains the dimensions of technology, space, value and culture. Only by constantly carrying on the innovation of the new medium technology views can we lead the thought revolution of the network society.
