Innovation means to create what is new and needed by human beings by combining social and economic factors,ways of thinking and natural resources.At present,it has gone beyond scientific and technological fields,and can apply to all aspects of society and economy.It is the antecedent of economics of scale and multiplier effect.Its value lies in redeploying productive elements to form new "social" productive forces by using a new mode of production.The foundation by which to analyze all these elements is the socio-economic development analysis model of the Marxist School.
