| 摘 要： | 十年高等教育管理体制改革,形成了一批新型综合性大学,为复合型人才的培养提供了学科综合、师资雄厚等有利条件和机遇;但同时通过高校合并形成的多校区办学模式对复合型人才培养也带来了一定的困难,因而笔者建议改革选课机制,依托导师制,形成人才培养的总体矩阵,采用先进的信息技术等来迎接挑战.

| Abstract: | Though ten-year higher education reform, many new kinds of multiversity have been founded, which offers good opportunities,such as comprehensive subjects, powerful teachers, and so on, to foster talented personnel with comprehensive knowledge, but at the same time, it also results in some difficulties because of multi-campus model of running a school. So it is advised that curriculum choice mechanism be reformed, tutorial system be relied on to shape talented people cultivation pattern and information technology be applied to face the challenges. |
