| 摘 要： | 提高项目档案的资源开发和利用率,档案质量的优劣是一个关键性的基础,因此,档案质量的综合评价就成为一个需要深入研究的课题。基于灰色系统关联度分析的综合评价方法充分考虑了影响档案质量的各种因素,并且综合了各因素的相对重要程度,能够为档案质量的评价提供科学的依据和理论指导,实用性强。

| Abstract: | To improve resource development and utilization,The quality of the science and technology archives is a key foundation.So the comprehensive evaluation method in quality of the scientific and technical archives is a need to further study,Grey relevancy analysis to evaluate the system effectiveness for the grey characteristic of the file factors concerning to the effectiveness of information processing system and based on which the system effectiveness evaluation model is established,The result of research verified the validity of grey correlation analysis. |
