| 摘 要： | 平等或者公平是现代法律制度所追求的价值之一。人类历史上曾经产生过各种各样不同的平等观念。在当前中国推行法治的进程中,转变传统的平等观念,树立符合现代法治精神要求的平等思想,非常重要。本文着重从观念上而不是从制度上分析中国封建社会时期主流的以及非主流的平等思想。

| Abstract: | Equality, or fairness, is one of the basic values in modern law. The history of mankind has seen a great variety of concepts of equality. Faced with the task of promoting rule by law, China must transform the traditional concept of equality and introduce an equality mentality that accords with modern sense of rule by law. And this paper attempts to analyze, from the perspective of idea rather than system, the mainstream and non-mainstream ideas of equality in various stages of feudal China. |
