| 摘 要： | 文章通过对河南产业集群发展的现状及存在问题的分析,从传统产业和新兴产业两方面对河南产业集群的选择和框架作了初步构想,并提出由"点"到"群",合理规划引导,营造集群"栖息地";由"块"到"群",增强自身优势,优化集群发展区位;由"弱群"到"强群",加强分工协作,提升集群竞争力等发展途径.

| Abstract: | Through the analysis of the current situations and existing problems of industrial clusters development in Henan Province, this paper sets up a frame of industrial clusters in Henan in which the key industrial clusters of traditional industries and burgeoning industries are selected and constructed tentatively, and puts forward the pointed approaches to development that the cluster habitats should be built by rational layout and leading, and to boost up advantages and optimize the clusters section, to strengthen dividing the work and cooperation to advance the competition power of industry clusters. |
