| 摘 要： | 被追诉者的知情权是指被追诉者对公安司法机关的诉讼活动,依法享有的了解案件有关情况及法律依据的权利。被追诉者的知情权是其行使其他诉讼权利的基础,体现了被追诉者的诉讼主体地位。充分保障被追诉者的知情权,有利于实现程序公正和诉讼民主。

| Abstract: | The right to know of the accused means that the accused are entitled to get knowledge of the relevant information about the cases and the laws. This right is the basis of other procedural rights and embodies the subjective status of the accused. Adequate protection of the right helps to realize the procedural fairness and procedural democracy. |
