| 摘 要： | 当前产业集群的研究忽略了跨国公司在某类集群中作为主导力量和重要参与者的突出存在,对集群的开放性认识不足。本文基于跨国公司的视角,论述了跨国公司对产业集群形成与发展的促进作用,并指出当代产业集群成为跨国公司重要的区位优势源,集群中子公司战略地位的提升必然影响到跨国公司母子关系与组织结构的演进。 |

| Abstract: | Current researches of industry cluster overlook the prominent existence of Multinational Companies (MNCs) as a leading force and an important participant in a certain kind of cluster, and lack a sufficient knowledge of the openness of cluster. Based on MNC's view, this article discusses the function Multinational Companies in promoting the formation and development of industrial cluster, and points out that the contemporary industrial clusters are the most important regional priority sources for MNCs. The upgrading of strategic status of subsidiaries in the clusters must have a great effect on the evolution of organizational structure of MNCs. |
