| 摘 要： | 领导干部廉洁从政、规范从政是中国共产党管党治党、反腐倡廉建设的重要内容。《廉政准则》的颁布对于进一步完善惩治和预防腐败体系建设、落实以人为本的科学理念、优化政治生态、促使党员领导干部廉洁自律规范从政具有重大意义。与1997年颁布的《廉政准则》（试行）相比较研究，《廉政准则》体现了与时俱进、全面深入，突出制度创新，要求更严、范围更宽、力度更大的特点。制度要真正有效管用，要在党员干部中加强对《廉政准则》的深入系统的学习教育；要重在落实，提升执行力；要完善制度建设，着重从源头上预防，以确保《廉政准则》真正得到贯彻落实。
