| 摘 要： | 以接受过高等教育或拥有一定专业知识与技能特长的“知识技术型”新移民青年为主要研究对象，考察我国主要移民城市现行外来人口管理政策中相似的“知识与年龄偏好”，提出作为城市管理的一个长期目标，新移民青年的户籍融入，即取得移入地城市户籍既有特殊意义，又应当具有更高的可能性。

| Abstract: | Young new migrants are those young people who have lived and worked for a stable period of time in target cities but without registered permanent residence.This group of 16 to 35-year-old people have a strong desire to settle down,and most of them have received higher education.The paper considers it not only significant but possible for young new migrants to realize unban integration through obtaining registered permanent residence in cities. |
