论中国国际政治学理论建设

中国的和平崛起,完全不同于近代以来新兴大国所走的道路。具体说中国的和平崛起,不走以往大国、强国传统崛起的以抢夺资源和攻城掠地为主要内容的热战之路,也不走美苏两国以意识形态划线的冷战对峙、称霸争霸之路。中国走的是和平、发展、合作、共赢的和平之路。既然中国和平崛起走的是一条不同以往的新路,中国国际政治学理论建设同样应该有别于西方国际政治学理论建设的老路,寻找一条独特的新路。中国国际政治学理论建设以权利政治为新视角和新主题,不仅是主观愿望,而是历史发展的必然和客观规律的要求。

On Construction of International Political Theory in China

China's peaceful rise is completely different from that of other big powers in the way either of hot war characterized by resources-plundering and invasion,or of cold war characterized by military confrontation and hegemony-seeking between Soviet Union and America. It is a peaceful development of cooperation and mutual benefit. The difference determines a new theoretical construction of Chinese international politics. The reason why power politics has become the new subject and perspective of the construction of international political theory in China is not only a subjective hope,but the inevitable demand of the development of the history.
